This fantastic antique peacock bangle from the Mughal period was made in the mid-late 1800's and is complete with red, blue, and green enamel on 22K yellow gold. There are gold engravings on all sides of the four hinges. The head of the peacocks are completely covered with enamel and with incredible rose-cut diamonds. The word kundan means highly refined gold, and a highly refined and pure form of molten gold.
