Dignity Without Borders

The HF Healthcare Hybrid Model

Can a hospital provide premium care to the wealthy while offering life-saving surgeries to the poor for free? In many parts of the world, experts say no. At HF Healthcare, we are proving them wrong.

When HF Healthcare was established as a subsidiary in 2017, we faced a critical challenge: how to ensure Nasir Hospital wouldn’t rely solely on fluctuating donations. We developed a unique hybrid model that blends traditional philanthropy with revenue generated from patient services.

By 2025, this model reached a historic milestone. Nasir Hospital achieved full sustainability, generating enough revenue to reinvest back into the community. In 2025 alone, we provided over $170,000 in financial assistance, allowing 5,500 underprivileged patients to receive treatment they otherwise could not afford.

Our most important policy is invisible to the patient. At Nasir Hospital, the rich and the poor walk through the same doors and sit in the same waiting rooms. Most importantly, our staff are not told which patients pay and which receive assistance. To us, a patient is simply a human being deserving of the highest quality care and total dignity.

Today, HF Healthcare has successfully attended to over 84,000 patients and performed over 1,700 surgeries, with one-quarter of these services dedicated to underprivileged individuals in need.

We aren’t just building hospitals,  we are building a world where the walk of the poor and the path of the wealthy meet at the same door of dignity.
