
Masroor Centre for Healthcare
The Masroor Centre for Healthcare is a flagship healthcare initiative spearheaded by HF Healthcare as part of the Global Health Program. It aims to bring comprehensive, high-quality healthcare services to underserved communities in Ivory Coast.
The construction of MCH began in November 2021 and is now entering it’s final stage with completion expected in March 2026.
The hospital is designed to be a full-service healthcare facility, delivering emergency care, maternal & neonatal services, surgery, diagnostics, and outpatient clinics – all with trained local staff and sustainable design.
The hospital will feature a 5 bed Emergency room, an outpatient block, Administrative block, Obstetrics & Gynecology Department (3 maternity suites), Neonatal care (with incubators), Intensive Care Unit (ICU) (4 beds), Two operating rooms, Diagnostic suite: X-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, ECG, a pharmacy, and a coffee shop for patients and visitors.
Equipped with 22 semi-private/private beds, 1 VIP room the hospital will be supported with a fully functional Laboratory, pharmacy, kitchen and laundry.
Located in a region still recovering from civil unrest, Ivory Coast has a fragile healthcare system and high infant mortality – around 52.4 deaths per 1,000 live births.
HF Healthcare’s sustainability strategy includes environmental design (natural lighting, green spaces), reducing carbon footprint, and empowering local communities through job creation and training.
